You Expect Too Much
“You expect too much,” is what Arthur the First, the first King of Rhombonia, said to the present-day King, Arthur the Fifth, on January 13, 1968, the day Arthur the Fifth was born. According to the Royal Archives, the young heir's Waaaahhhhhhing was just relentless that day.
Interesting side note: When he said it, Arthur I was Rhombonia's oldest living citizen at 108 and Arthur V, at one minute, eleven seconds, its youngest.*

(Answer: 12,313,428. It's actually not that rare.)
Years later--28 to be exact--Arthur V would again be told he expects too much, by a fortune cookie he was given at the Happy Dine Inn while dining there with his then-girlfriend, Carol. Reading the fortune and then looking up at Carol triggered a response in Arthur V, something in the way of acceptance of the hand he's been dealt, and he proposed to Carol on the way home. Proposed marriage. And she said, "Yes."
It lasted about 8 months.
